MODELIS GROUP is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains the data that may be processed when you browse the site or communicate with us, and your rights.

When you contact us by email, telephone or through the contact form, we may process the information you choose to provide: name, contact details, organisation, purpose of your request and message content. It is used only to answer your request, prepare a business proposal or follow up on our exchanges.

Limited technical data, such as IP address, browser and connection logs, may also be processed by technical infrastructure to keep the website secure and operating correctly.

Processing your requests is based on our legitimate interest in responding to you and, where necessary, on your consent. Data is retained for the time needed to handle the request, then archived or deleted in accordance with applicable obligations. Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted no later than three years after the last contact.

Your data is accessible only to authorised MODELIS GROUP personnel and, where necessary, to technical providers acting on our behalf. It is neither sold nor rented. Where a third-party service is used—notably Google Maps on the Contact page—that service may process data under its own privacy policy.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of its processing, or object to processing where permitted by law. To exercise these rights or ask a question, write to contact@modelisgroup.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
